Registered Nurse (RN) Position

Lumora Care is looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality skilled nursing care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. You will assess client needs, implement care plans, educate families, and coordinate with physicians and the care team to promote independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans
Administer medications, wound care, IV therapy, injections, and other treatments
Monitor vital signs and manage chronic conditions (diabetes, hypertension, post-surgery, etc.)
Provide patient and family education on health management
Document care accurately and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
Ensure client safety and dignity at all times
Requirements
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (home health or geriatric experience preferred)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Must pass background check and drug screening
